An impressive, large, glazed stoneware bread bin or crock with lid, by Pearson's of Chesterfield, dating from around 1970's. This would look fabulous on a kitchen counter top or in a cafe or restaurant to lend country kitchen style and authenticity.  In very good condition, no chips or cracks in evidence.  Very heavy and solid.
